Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup are charged the full fare.
- No-shows are charged the full fare.
- If your flight is cancelled, you can cancel at no charge.
- Free waiting time: 15 minutes at addresses, 60 minutes at airports, counted from actual landing. We track your flight, so delays are on us. After that, $1 per minute.
- To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email.
- Payment: handled securely by Stripe — we never see your card number. Nothing is charged at booking; you're charged only after your ride.
- Tips are optional. After your ride, your receipt lets you add one with a single tap, on the same card.
- Traveling with little ones? You're welcome to bring your child's car seat or booster — your driver will gladly help you get it in place.
Rider policies — pets, conduct, cleaning fees
- Pets: small pets are welcome in a closed carrier — just select it when you book. For everyone's comfort, we're unable to carry large pets.
- Service animals are always welcome, of any size, at no extra charge. No advance notice needed.
- Zero tolerance for drugs and alcohol. Your driver will never drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you believe your driver may be impaired, ask to end the ride as soon as it is safe and tell us right away through the chat or by replying to your confirmation email. The driver is suspended immediately while we look into it.
- Everyone is welcome. We do not discriminate on the basis of destination, race, color, national origin, religious belief or affiliation, sex, disability, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity, and we gladly accommodate riders with disabilities.
- No smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
- Cleaning and damage: we keep the car spotless for every rider. If a ride leaves it needing extra cleaning, a fee is charged to the card on file, always with photos sent to you by email: light (pet hair, sand, mud) $100 · moderate (spill on upholstery) $200 · severe (bodily fluids) $500 · smoking or vaping $300 · damage at repair cost.
